The owners of this classic post-war St Lucia Queenslander wanted to prioritise the areas of the exterior of their home most in need of painting. Having completed the preparation and painting to the sides of the home, this week’s focus was on finishing the front of the home and the french doors and windows on the rear deck. The existing paintwork was in poor condition, but had been touched-up in preparation for sale. However, once the proper preparation and painting was done, it made a huge difference to the appearance of the home.
